just my 2cent suggestion,
two improvements can be done. first, the drip outlets - add a pipe to flow into the individual tanks instead of shooting on the water surface. u will find ur bettas love it more.
second, the overflow hole can be fixed near to tank bottom. it will siphon the poo and waste at the tank bottom more effectively.

bob..i dUnnOe wht u means.. =.=''...at the top of tanks gOt a pipe flow out water oredy...and the white pipe we (father and i) try to go near to bottom..tht is the nearest oredy..cant down oredy...cuz tht gOt a white thing (dUnnOe call it wht)hold the yellow pipe and white pipe

i mean adding pipe/hose at the inflow green valves to let the water goes into the individual tanks. You're now letting them flow out and drop on the water surface directly from the 'green' valves. it's noisy and discourage bubblenesting activities.

o.O...hehe..i will add the pipe there...bcz now i no time go and buy it..i think it b4 ... thx bob...and the 2 holes at the bottom there..we try to do it at the lower place liao ... cant be more bottom..

The disadvantage is if the sump tank water spoiled, the whole fish will get problem, either sick or die.
