How to apply:

1. Please download the form HERE and fill up completely.
2. Read below Terms and Conditions before you proceed to email the completed form to the BSM Treasurer (please do refer HERE for latest BSM Treasurer) and c.c. to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
3. Arrange the payment with the Treasurer

Please scan the slip and attach in the email to the Treasurer (other than Online Transfer).

Terms and Conditions:

1. We will not approve for incomplete form. So, please fill the form completely.
2. If you are University or Collage student, please provide us an approval letter from your Deen stating that you are alligible to join the society as you are subject to AUKU (Akta Universiti Kolej Universiti).
3. Membership fee due date is on 31 March every year and to be paid annually. BSM is giving free 2 months membership fee if you are registering as a member in November and December. Failing to renew before the due date will result termination of your membership. Any renewal will cost you at RM71.00.

• Only registered members are allowed to sell their items in the forum
• Registered members are entitled to special discounts on selected items including betta competitions handle by BSM
• Free BSM t-shirt and car sticker
• BSM trip to any fish farm (subject to approval)
• Fish sales during Betta Sunday, Betta Competition and other exhibition under BSM
