It is time to elect new committee members to spearhead BSM for year 2009. In respect thereof an Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

The Agendas:

1. To read and accept the previous minute of meeting AGM 2009
2. To read, deliberate and accept the BSM Activities and Account’s Reports 2009
3. To dissolving the BSM Committee 2009 and elect temporary chairman to conduct election
4. To elect new committee members for year 2010
5. Other matter arises

We will upload the Minute of Meeting AGM 2009 and the Activities and Account's Report 2009 later on in HERE.

Please take note that the hardcopy reports and minute of meeting WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED to each member during the meeting to reduce costs.

We need at least 71 attendencies to proceed with the meeting but we encourage 100% turnout. Else, it would be a problem. Your attendance will be appreciated.

Outstation members, Penang, Perak, Kedah, Johor, Melaka, Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, N.Sembilan, Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, you need to free your time and join the meeting.
